Is there a Doctor in the house?

My date was Kuro Warau, and I'm quite happy with what she made me.  Cheer  I have permission to share, so here it is-

Nuclear Blast, Nuclear Past

For you, I made a house in two versions - one modern, one grungy. As I myself hate when downloaded lots come with tons and tons of unknown CC (personal pet peeve, I guess) the lots are kept mostly CC free. I did use some though, which is included in the download file. Please let me know if you experience any problems with anything!

Thanks to CuriousB, fiddledeedee, iCad, Cyclonesue, Khristy, Psychosim and DumBblOndE for the awesome CC!

Happy Valentine!

Please let me know if I need to edit anything in the post.

My date was Skell! Yeah, you can start being jealous now. B) She not only made me a bunch of cute MM clothes, but her message itself was so charming, that I feel it's only proper to quote it in its entirety!

Dearest Desdemona,

It is my greatest honor to be your escort for this event. I hope your husband will not take offense to this display, for I've heard rumors he's a bit of the jealous type. I also hope her majesty the Queen of France will not hold against me the revolution the les amis are planning.

Please accept the following gifts as tokens of my affection. Grin

Madame, I present to you 10 patterned vests over long sleeves for ladies, teen through elder, bearing icons of the sim world.

For the gentlemen, I have several variations on an AL outfit originally for elders. First it's been converted for TM & AM and slaved, flagged, and bundled into one small package to show up among the other AL clothes. Then I separated the blazer for all three ages and converted these trousers (which also match these) to go with them.

And finally, skirts in six patterns from Colourlovers with six blouses to match. The blouses are for child through elder, and the flounce skirts are for teen through elder with a separate version for children on a shoe-swapped skirt from Rented-space.

There are fat morphs for all meshes and pregnant morphs for adults. All textures for multiple age groups are slaved to the adult versions, with the exception of the vests, which are slaved to the teen versions. Please share and use my image and download links, if you so desire.

I am respectfully yours,
Marius Pontmercy (PS Not the Nick Jonas version. Tongue )

Thank you, Skell! You made me really happy <3

My date was the totally awesome ZeroDark and being great as she is she has allowed me to share the goodies with you.

Hello Blind Date! I had fun trying to think of things for you, I truly hope you can get some use out of these... Smiley  I would be honored if you shared them with the community.

Amovitam's Bay Window in 4 sort-of grungy metals.

Another example

7 recolors of Buggybooz's Aurore Picture Trio. You will need at least the Sofa Bench from the Aurore set for the frames to show up.

3 recolors of Io's Irissari top separated by Skell.

7 distressed wood recolors of Veranka's 3to2 Shower. There is an indoor and outdoor shower. They are distressed to hopefully fit in your post-apocalypse world. Smiley

And finally, 5 wood and 5 pattern recolors of Holy Simoly's Seychelles Set. When you mentioned Goat's wood textures I wanted to finally try this set out. Smiley  All the bits on the shelf have been made white/grey.

An awesome start to things! And I have a gift to share as well. My date was Almighty Hat (!!!!) and I got gifted with some fantastic things for my pirate-y hood.

Hallo Lace!  It is I, your blind date, Endymion-- I mean, Almighty Hat.  As I read and re-read your application, I found myself thinking pirates-and-nautical (which you might have guessed) and... then I got a song stuck in my head.  A song I learned from Mom's old Girl Scout songbook.  It's called The Mermaid, and you can listen to it here with Jesse Ferguson or here by the Black Irish Band.

Oh the ocean waves do roll
And the stormy winds do blow
And we poor sailors are skipping at the top
While the landlubbers lie down below, below, below
While the landlubbers lie down below

So let's just jump right in, shall we?  First thing is something I thought I had a much prettier picture of, but it turns out I do not, so... Swatch.

Twas Friday morn when we set sail
And we were not far from land
When the captain he spied a mermaid so fair
With a comb and a glass in her hand

Fourteen recolors of Grand Duchess Emerald's Mermaid on the Wall, from the now defunct Sapphire Sims.  I used the same oak texture from my wooden Servos, shaded her body as best I could (the mapping on this is something else) for a stained-and-painted look, and seriously restricted myself as to how many tail colors I was allowed to make.  There are seven skintones, four hair colors, four eye colors, two different scale patterns, and an assortment of Aelia Autumn and CuriousB Any Color You Like tail colors.  Suitable for tavern decorations or ships' figureheads, you can find her in Deco Wallhangings (in her original blue haircolor) for 180 Simoleons, with a poly count of 9,725 (she has individually meshed eyelashes.  You can see a closeup of #10's face right here).  She's shiftable in my game, and affected by the quarter-tile placement cheat.

Well up spoke the captain of our gallant ship
And a fine-spoken captain was he
"This fishy mermaid has warned me of our doom
We shall sink to the bottom of the sea"

Technically there are three verses here, not just one; The Captain, the Mate, and the Sailor.

For the Captain, you get five rich recolors of the Basegame pirate mesh for men.  It's enabled for adults and elders, includes an optional default replacement mesh file with a pregmorph, and categorized for Casual, Formal, and Maternity.  I beat on the original textures, removed the pockets, added some Sherahbim fabric (from her Drama gown) to the coat, swapped out the super-low-cut shirt for a more modest one by Heget, added Aquilegia's linen to that and the pants, put a sueded texture and some ankle-lacings on the back of the boots, and rescued the original wave embroidery because I kind of think it's adorable.

For the Mate, you get five more sober (or at least affordable) recolors of that same mesh (and again an optional pregmorph is included).  Still enabled for elders, still available for Casual, Formal, and Maternity, but this time, the only trim is on the buttonholes, because it's a nice bit of period detail.

The Sailor, you may note, is perhaps a little shapely for a teenage boy.  That's because this is the Sailor's verse:

Well up spoke a sailor of our gallant ship
And secretly a maiden was she
"I never had the chance to lay a sailor-man
I shall die with my virginity!"

So, you have five slouchy, camouflage-y, keep-your-head-down recolors of Cocomama's TF conversion of the Basegame pirate.  Alas, these have no pregmorph (I looked!) so they're only categorized for Casual and Formal.

Well up spoke the mate of our gallant ship
And a well-spoken mate was he
"I have me a wife in Salem-by-the-sea
And tonight she a widow will be"

Well up spoke the cabin boy of our gallant ship
And a fine young lad was he
"I have me a sweetheart in Salem-by-the-sea
And tonight she'll be weeping for me"

You said you needed separates (particularly flagged for multiple categories), that you liked purple, and that you lacked peasant-y stuff.  I went for a bit of a rummage across the internet, and I found Skell's Matchmaker top for AF and TF, and I thought it was just darling.  I tore up the underdress from Sherahbim's Faith gown, snuck Drama in under the cinch belt to add some texture, and kept the original lacings because I thought they were cute.  Then I went through my color actions and came up with nine that were purple or purple-ish (Steel is 'ish'), and those are my Wife (AF) and Sweetheart (TF) tops.  They're flagged for Casual and Gym, because alas they have no pregmorphs, and they just don't look like formal or outerwear to me.  (Don't try to use them with my wide-laced kirtles; the upper half of the kirtle disappears fine, but there's a bit of lacing-over-bare-skin that sticks out from underneath the cinch belt.)

The bottoms are Oph3lia's shoe-swaps of a Jaccirocker skirt that everyone has fiddled with and the credits in the tooltips are truly impressive.  The skirt texture is by Io (I think), the poulaines are FR's (and all in Pooklet's Safety Fuse), the stockings are mine, and the aprons are by Iamliz13 over on MTS.  Instead of re-using the same purples on the cinch belts, I looked for colors that looked nice with those purples.  You still get nine.  These are flagged for Casual, Gym, and because they have pregmorphs, Maternity.  Widow (AF) and Weeping (TF) also have a caveat, too; the apron has no straps, so it's really meant to go with a separate top that covers the waistline.

Well three times around spun our gallant ship
And three times around spun she
Three times around spun our gallant ship
And she sank to the bottom of the sea

You said you liked seahorses and that you needed some jewelry, so it seemed logical to combine the two.  There are three (technically six) variations here; necklace, earrings, and necklace-and-earrings, all on a Liana mesh.  You can use them as standard glasses-bin accessories or as Bon Voyage jewelry.  For BV, the earrings-only set is flagged as a Right Earring, the necklace as a necklace, obviously enough, and the neck-and-ears version is flagged as a LEFT earring, just in case you want to pile on another necklace.  The textures are a touch crunchy if you get waaaay up close, but the payoff is that you get that ridged look from even a little bit of distance.

And that's everything time and sanity let me complete.  (I really wanted to do some cleaned-up recolors of the Bon Voyage pirate ship.  SOMEDAY.)  Also included in your download is a key to which goodies are in what folder, plus my texture resources in case you like my ideas, but want different colors or want to add fancier trim, plus a text file with as complete a set of lyrics for The Mermaid as I could hunt down.

Meshes are included, mermaid recolors are numbered to match the swatch, and I was a good girl and didn't put any special characters into my file names.

Happy February, and I hope there's something in this mess you can use!

I'm incredibly pleased with the whole thing (and have already privately sent a pm full of much squeeing), so one more big thank you to Hat for this bundle of awesome. Heart burp

So much lovely stuff already! Smiley

My date was the wonderful Keoni, who made me a perfect set of gifts for my Steampunk neighbourhood, it's all absolutely brilliant! Cheesy

A gorgeous dress, on a mesh converted from TS3 Midnight Hollow by rented-space. The boots are by aquilegia and the gloves are from an AL outfit, which is great for me because I don't have AL but now I can have these gloves in my game, and on such a lovely dress.
The dress is in 3 colours: swatch

Next was a really pretty choker converted from TS3, to go with the dress. The original TS3 mesh is by agapi r @TSR.

And just to complete the amazingness, roof pieces! I don't have AL or M&G, so these will make so much difference in my neighbourhood, they are absolutely perfect.
They come in three patterns: swatch

Keoni said I could share, so here is the download

Thank you so much Keoni, I am so, so pleased with these gifts! ^_^

My date was Lace, who BLEW MY MIND with ALL THE THINGS.  I'm still thinking in all caps from the awesome, so I'm just gonna quote:

Oh, and all the pictures can be clicked on to be viewed bigger. Smiley

Floors! A lot of them, actually. There are five different floors, each using textures from CGTextures, and all of them come in 18 pooklet naturals, so a total of 90 floors.

View 1 - View 2
Statues, converted from Oblivion. There are six of these. Varying polycounts all in the 5500~ range, so, kind of high but hopefully not excessively so. They are all one tile and cost $2500, except for Hermaeus Mora up there in the banner who costs $3000 and is slightly larger than one tile. Find them in Decorative -> Statues.

View 2
More statues, these are sized to fit in Gwenke's altar niche. All of the same statues as above except for Hermaeus. These cost $200, and can be found in the same place in the catalog as the big ones. Fair warning, Peryite (the dragon in the middle up there) clips no matter what slot he's placed in. Might be best to just sit him on a table. These also have similarly high polycounts to the big statues, so take care with them.

The last of the decorative objects, this is a shrine converted from Morrowind. Found in Deco -> Misc, costs $450, with two recolorable subsets (the panel and the frame). I've only got the one recolor for the frame but the panel has got 13 recolors also using game textures in addition to the one on the mesh. Named swatch included in the download but not linked here because it's big. The polycount for this is, uhm, 58. Yeah.

Peggy 7433 - Peggy 42 - Peggy 8040 - Nouk Sport
You mentioned wanting unnaturally natural colored hair for your alien sims, so I took some meshes that will hopefully be useful and redid them in a selection of colors from Flowermisty's dyed colors. Since her original actions have five full families and that seemed like a -lot- I did a selection of colors from all of them to make two families. The men get a Nouk hair (original Nouk textures) and a Peggy hair (which is erm, your retexture I believe) while the ladies get two Peggy hairs (retextured with Pooklet by me) that I hope are sufficiently alien enough? Since I wasn't sure how you binned your hairs for aliens, elders keep their colors and there are also two grays in the custom bin for all ages. Named swatch included.

TF Athletic Girl - AM Androgyny - TM Androgyny - AM Runner
Annnd the last thing, pregmorph additions for Jaccirocker's bodyshape conversions of Tiggerypum's tunics. These meshes will replace the originals but have different filenames (I put _Pregmorph at the end) so remove those first. This is the first time I have added pregmorphs to anything but I think they look okay and they worked in my game so I hope they are satisfactory! That's the AF Athletic Girl up in the picture, with links to all the other shapes below. The download only contains the meshes, no textures!

Well, that's everything! I hope you enjoy and that some of it will be useful. And thank you again so much for your gift as well! <3
I have included in the download the full size pictures of everything which look much better since my image host compressed everything Angry, along with swatches (for the statues, they have pictures with the names, and I think I forgot swatches for the floors, oops), and a text file that includes credits for everything and the polycounts for all the new objects.

We're not done with Steampunk yet Wink
I hereby declare currantpotpie to be a mindreader. I didn't mention anything about my love for wrought iron and yet she included so much of it in her gift. I'm smitten with joy ^__^
She said I could share, so you all may also be gifted!

Hello Zora! Turns out I'm your Secret Valentine!  Cheesy  I saw that you like Steampunk too, so I went with a themed set of offerings for you! There's also a hint of whimsy since you mentioned Tim Burton.

The first set is recolors of Sims2luxe's Sultana bedroom. I have included the meshes since the website is now gone. Included is a double and single bed that use Maxis beddings, an endtable, armoire, and a loveseat which also pulls textures from Maxis beddings. They are in Shastakiss' lovely metal textures.
DOWNLOAD!

Next up is a set of chairs originally made by MTCake Sims. The original textures were just flood filled neons, so I have replaced them with some nice metal textures that seemed more practical. The mesh names are the same, so you must let these replace the originals.
DOWNLOAD!

Next is a set of bottled plants made by Parsimonious. One of the meshes could be recolored, but the other couldn't...and out of frustration, I just replaced them with my textures. So, this set will also replace the original textures with the new bronze ones I have made.
DOWNLOAD!

Last, but not least, a set of creatures and clutter! A recolor of Yuxi's FO3 robot, a recolor of the octopus sculpture made by Hafiseazaele, and a recolor of the Maxis atom sculpture from Freetime.
DOWNLOAD!

Hope you enjoy everthing, Zora!  Yay
