I don't have the original .rar/.zip or anything, but I do have all of the files. Gilneas

As far as I know, he never actually made the elves' walls, but I actually have the files and could make them. (At least some of them. I'd have to poke through again.) Do you want Blood Elf or Night Elf?

Would you think me too greedy if I said yes to both elf sets?  I am attempting a recreation of the high elf areas and not certain if it should all reflect the blood elf, the night elf or a mix of both.  Thank you for your generous offer!

xavier - I'll put it on the "to do" list. I'll look at it as soon as I have a contribution for the monthly theme done. I know I did a decent chunk of them for personal use some time ago when I converted the Undead walls and floors. I'm going to caution you, though, this doesn't include the Blood Elf domes or the wings on top of columns, and there are way, way more Night Elf files. (Also, the Blood elf circle floors have to be put onto a texture because the gold shiny bits are really just an overlay.) Also, I hope it's OK if I stick to walls and floors, rather than terrain paints. I've never quite gotten the hang of those... I was going to use the ones I already converted for the preview picture for the monthly theme, so I'll probably post them when I post that because it will be an excuse to take a preview picture.
