I just finished a sim for the 30 Days of Sim Making challenge and here she is.  A spring nymph to brighten your day.

Sorry about that title but this banner and the previous comments inspired me too much !

Have you ever wanted to live in a greenhouse ?
I don't. I can't even imagine the hell it is in summer. Something like too hot to survive. But your Sims don't fear the temperature when they are inside four walls and a roof, even if it's a greenhouse, so let them move in !

This (green)house has been designed for Plantsims. The main reason is that the (up)stairs are decorative only : your Sims can't access these places because of how the roofs work. I'm pretty sure a turnaround can be found with some CC but I'm not motivated to try things myself so be aware that you'll only use the ground floor if you keep it like that ! Plantsims don't sleep so they don't care about that bedroom. They don't eat neither but at least they can cook for their guests.

This been said, I playtested a copy and everything on the ground floor is fully functionnal (except the relax because it's placed diagonaly, as I use them as decorative objects I don't mind but if you want your Sims to use it, simply place it straight).

If I remember right it's a 4x4 lot that costs between $186,000-$187,000

The solar panels give you $1,110 twice a week. You can fish, and you harvest your own veggies INSIDE your living ! How cool is it ?

And last but not least : It's CC-free ! However, you'll need all EPs and SPs.

Such a cute sim and gorgeous house! 

Well, I was going to do plants, but opted for garden furniture instead. Not sure about anyone else, but there is always room for more variety in that department. So, I slapped Shastakiss' pirate wood on the furniture, and Yeti palette on the cushions of Shakeshaft's Lakeside Outdoor Furniture. I love this set not only for the amount of objects it has, but also due to it being repositoried.

The set includes a bench, dining chair with a cushion, dining chair without a cushion, armchair, bench and chair cushion (which look pretty nice on other seating as well), 1x1 and 2x1 dining tables. All meshes and a collection file are included.

Sherahbim's Wood Nymph outfits with sexyfeet. The original feet were high poly shoes that had been alpha'd out so the sim always looked like they were on tip-toes. 

It's a new mesh but I've linked it to Sherahbim's original files. There's a fat morph (see blonde and ginger above). Credit to Sherahbim, Chriko, BlooM. Happy xmas, GoS.
